An old friend of mine who's a retired Delta pilot tell's a 5+ minute cleft palate version of that joke that is guaranteed to make you laugh like you've never laughed before. He took it to a new level at a evening housewarming party for a friend who was in the NFL at the time, the interior designer was one of the audience of about 15 intoxicated guys in the dimly lit backyard........he was built like a small linebacker and had a cleft palate, JJ who was telling the joke never noticed............until the last paragraph leading up to the punch line. Like a true professional he didn't miss a beat. The designer was laughing so hard he was literally in tears when JJ went up to apologise to him. A priceless moment that will never be forgotten.
