I ended up bolting up the slave and master while the trans was out and bleeding it to get the air out and now it is fine.
Also double check that the rod and pin at the pedal going through the fire wall have clearance. FYI.

Well I did not order the complete kit from Keisler as the clutch and the throwout bearing along with the bleeding and feed lines were newly installed. All I ordered was their wilwood master cylinder with billet adapter for the firewall and the oil container or bottle. It seems like bleeding process is a hassle and requires lots of patience.
