I would love a Carbon hood, but can't go that route on this project. First and foremost i would get fired if I even suggested it. My Dad would flip after he has already bought 2 steel hoods and we have cut one completely apart to make it fit. Second, he wants a cowl induction hood which Albert not making at this point. The second point is what makes it ok.
Can't have what doesn't exist!
But Jim on the other hand, you really should have one!
