If you have access to the bottom of the flywheel --- get yourself a smallish/medium sized DEAD BLOW HAMMER... and tap it repeatedly on the back of the flywheel (so from the front of the motor which would be the backside of the flywheel). Then rotate the motor 90* and repeat.

You could also use some penetrating oil - even WD40 - to spray on the crank/flywheel "joint". Just make certain this all gets cleaned off before you
reassemble so as not to have anything on it like that for final assembly. Brake cleaner would be fine for this purpose.
