Assuming your headers have 3" collectors, run 3" pipe all the way to the mufflers including the X-pipe.
If you want to quiet it down a little run 2.5" tailpipes out the back of the mufflers or at least over the rear end and dump them between the leafs and the 1/4 panel. Once past the mufflers the reduction in diameter won't hurt and getting the exhaust out from under the car will really help with the sound, both outside and interior resonance.
Haven't seen your car around, I'm in town from time to time. Based on the pics you posted are you over west of I-5 in the new Spanos development on 8 mile? Houses look quite familiar.
