Steve, looking at the picture of the car from the rear is that the final height the suspension bracketry sits at? The reason I ask is that the perpendicular arm that's visible on the passenger side appears to be below the scrub line ie it's hanging lower than the rim of the wheel. If it is, this is very dangerous, as if you have a blowout on the rear the car won't run on the tyre but the suspension arm instead which could be catastrophic. Maybe it's just the angle the pics taken from, but worth checking all the same
