One thing I have found since I started down this road is that nutrition is much like religion or politics. Everybody thinks they are right. In many cases they are right. It's important to experiment and find what works for you personally. We all have inherit strengths and weaknesses within our systems. Moral of the story, there is no one size fits all.

It really comes down to this:

How do you feel?
How do you look?
What do the numbers tell you? (Scale, Blood Work, Resting Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, EKG, Etc)

Another thing I've learned here is to have an open mind. Tony talked me into diminishing my dairy intake which I'm glad I did. I still like my non GMO wheat.
