The R07 engine looks very similar to your engine set up. I noticed the R07 has multiple short belts rather than one long serpentine belt. That must be the solution to keeping the belts on at high RPM. I went back and looked at your engine pics and you have a very similar set up.

That makes sense on the shorter belts. Hope it works for me since I am only revving to 7500 max.
Rob of course pointed out I have the oil pump on the wrong side.
