Just to be sure Rob -- smaller bore MC makes MORE pressure not less -- so if you're going to want more front brake pressure (correct) than at the rears -- you'd want the smaller dia MC for the front brakes.


A larger MC bore will give "better" pedal feel but will make less pressure… sometimes this stuff comes down to driver preference - a modulated softer pedal feel vs a high hard pedal.
