Here is a shot of the Forgeline booth at PRI this morning, before the crowds rolled in.
On the left in the photo are 2 racks of one piece forged monoblock street wheels. Then two racks of three piece Concave Series wheels. All four racks on the right are Competition Series racing wheels, a mix of three piece and one piece forged monoblock.
You can't tell from this angle, but the three pillars in the front are demonstrating three stages of the one piece forged monoblock wheel manufacturing process. The one on the left is a raw 100+ lb. forging. The one in the middle has been turned on a lathe to look a little more like a wheel (but still has no spokes or anything yet). And the one on the right has been milled into an almost-finished 18 lb. wheel that is ready to go to powder coat.
