The new one piece forged monoblock GS1R finished in Transparent Red. This wheel is specifically designed for teams competing in the new United SportsCar Continental Tire GS class.

Stage one of the one piece forged monoblock manufacturing process. This raw forging weighs over 100 lbs.
Stage two of the one piece forged monoblock manufacturing process. The raw forging has been machined on a lathe and is starting to become a little bit more recognizable as a wheel.
Stage three of the one piece forged monoblock manufacturing process. The turning from stage two has now been machined on the mill, weighs only 18 lbs, and could be bolted to a vehicle. It is ready for finish and power coat.
