I lived in Oklahoma for most of a decade. Man does it get cold there! The winter day I left OK to move back to California, the temperature was 8° but the wind chill factor was -40°. Brrrrr.
It's in the 60's all week here in Sacramento. And my wife & daughter say, "grab a jacket ... it's cold out."
