I'm wondering how you plan to take it all apart... As I see the inners tacked up to the firewall...
I might have put a flange on the panel where it abuts the firewall and used a couple of blind fasteners (used a nut serf in the firewall)... and then reached up from under the fender to run the fastener home.
You might already have that all figured out. I just can't tell from the pics.
