For everyone's information, my initial plan was to keep a stock subframe and then upgrade to ridetech stuff when I had the money.

I'm not completely opposed to going with an aftermarket frame and it would make sense if I can't find a used stock frame that's in good condition. However; I think that I would jump on a used stock frame if I could find one close, or for the right money with shipping.

If I bought a new stock subframe, I think I'd pay close to 1k and then probably have another $600 in it if I replace all the wear items. My front disc brakes are practically new and my wheel bearings are new but I think a lot of the joints leave something to be desired.

I'd also go for a used aftermarket frame if one came up for sale..... I'd think there would be a lot of used stock type frames out there for sale from all those that upgrade though.

If I was doing this over a year or two it wouldn't be much of an issue but I'm trying to get it back on the road by this spring and money over that limited time is a problem.
