The way that I have done it in the past is to have my lines done by hthe local hydraulic hose shop make you up some lines. You will still need to order a few fittings, but not as much You didn't say in your post but I think all the adapters are -6 fittings which is about the same size as 3/8 fuel line. You will also need a npt to -6 male adapter for each port on the fuel pump, not sure about how to hook up your vent though. Then run your feed line to the feed line on the filter. Then run the return on the filter back to the tank out of your premeasured lines that the hydraulic hose place made you. For the line that goes from the filter to the rail, measure and have them make you one. Remember always give yourself some slack( that cost me a few bucks on a redo before). The lines I had made were very reasonable and were braided stainless. If you decide to go with ordering everything make sure you get PTFE hose, otherwise you will smell gas all of the time. The hoses I had made wasn't PTFE but is something else that is the same thing and won't let the fumes out. Hopefully this helps you out a little bit.
