I knew that I had the right fittings to use on the filter/regulator, it's the other stuff that has/had me mired in the swamp.
So, do you recommend running the PTFE lined braided stainless hose all the way up to the fuel rail then? Otherwise, if you wanted to do...say, stainless hardline, what's the best way to connect it to AN fittings? I ask that because I'd like to run the flexible hose near the tank so if I have to drop it out I just need to undo one fitting. I'm planning on mounting the filter/regulator right to the tank if possible.

Yeah, when I ordered my Tanks Inc. stuff I wasn't quite sure yet which way I was going to go with the regulator. I have to order from Speedway once in a while anyway so I get a catalog. LOL
