Carl, I have the plastic clip style fittings, made by Russell. I was told that the previous design fitting was known to be faulty, but that since then, there has been a revision, and the new design is "faultless". I just purchased these. What do you know about a revision to these fittings? I have no problem throwing these in the trash, and purchasing the U-Nut style if I have something faulty. Thanks for the heads up!
