One of the parts that failed I believe was not a Russell design but I cannot for-sure confirm. Either way, the U-nut is far better but one must always practice proper tightening of any nut. Suspension, engine, etc., they all must be properly tightened.

There's also these from Earl's. The retaining clip is likely the same as those used on the current LS3 based fuel system (it looks almost identical.)
