The Harrop is just a TVS, IIRC they're very popular in Australia.
What is this going in? Is hood clearance an issue? Superchargers are almost like tires nowadays, there are about 10,000 different ways you can do it, twin-screw, centrifugal, depends on what you want.
How much power do you want, what belt drive do you want, what do you want it to look like? What accessory drive do you have?
Whipple or Magnuson is the easiest to deal with here in the US imo. I supercharge about 400+ vehicles annually at work, we almost exclusively use TVS stuff, it's 50 state legal, and the most reliable way you can roll. .02
