I live in Larimer CO, but we have horrible building codes, and taxes,
I am only a couple of miles from the two county lines. I am further north, near the Wyo border, address is in Fort Collins, but in reality I may as well live in Wellington.
We have 4 acres just about 5 miles from Wellington.
