This is the society we are in right now. It's everyone else's fault but your own. You sign a waiver when you get your wristband at the track. How can they be responsible. I hope she loses a bunch of money to lawyers and doesn't get a dime. That way there will be a precedent set, that you know you're taking the risk of something happening to you and no more frivolous lawsuits
