I was able to get into an advanced screening for the new Need For Speed movie last night. I highly recommend everyone goes out and sees it. It's badass to say the least. It definitely exceeded my expecations, it's a very solid movie. They built a bunch of really cool replicas for doing stunt work in the movie, check out this video, cool stuff.
All of the stunts are real, no CGI. The guy who directed the movie used to be a stunt man, and his dad did stunt work on movies like Bullitt and Vanishing Point. It's sort of a throwback car movie but with some of the coolest supercars and hypercars that exist. The movie is based on the video game series if you were not already aware of that fact.
