Oh, and Ron because you want more pictures, he is the other project that has been occupying some time, I'll call it the "Super Secret Project.". Ron, you've probably seen since it almost all buttoned up since Brad said you were over at QMP recently drooling over parts for your, uh, formerly super secret project.

For everyone else, here is a little more Mod Motor goodness. size and cost aside, I really like how smooth they run, and how quick they will rev. I think Rob and Skip might be the only other people out there that will find it cool!

Hasn't been dyno'd yet, but we're almost there. It has:
aluminum 5.4 GT500 block, dry sleeved and bored to 3.700," and diamond honed, then destroked with a lightweight billet Winberg crank and complemented with lightweight rods and pistons.
The heads are Ford GT/GT500 castings which have been ported and polished and topped off with custom ground cams and lightweight stainless valves.
Once the Dailey dry sump arrives it will be time to see what it makes! It isn't the cheapest way to make power but it should be responsive, rev to no end and retain more reliability than one of my LS engines..
