Simular to what I'm doing with a 70 and z06.....kore3 set up for the front is great..you can spend more and use a ats AFX spindle..this will allow the use of stock gm corvette hubs..rotors and calipers.
For the rear the best in my opinion...(allows you to use brakes of one car and manufacturer ) is the expensive kore3 set up, try to find good used calipers and rotors before you buy the rest of the kit. Then you can lower the price by not getting those parts from Tobin
With that rear set up down the road you can buy the hybrid floater set up from the gmr and that uses stock gm corvette hubs for the rear too and better supports the weight of the car.
One thing before you order anything from Tobin at kore3...download his templates and make sure your "potential brake set up will clear your wheels unless of course you want to replace them too
Cheers and good luck
