It's not USCA's fault, nor even SCRAMP's.
You needn't look further than the fancy faux-italiano villa's that immediately surround the track. People that bought and built on property nestled between an airport and a race track....then promptly sued or pushed local legislation to restrict the operations at both. In short - douchebags.
Not unlike the lawyer who bought a house up the hill from Altamont Speedway, then buried the track in legal fees and frivolous suits until he forced them out of business.....then he built a moto-x track on his own property. Douchebag.
