For me the rubbing only occurred at close to full lock, so those conditions are usually at low speeds so not like there is a ton of extra stress driving except maybe a super tight autocross course.
My fix will involve modification to the lower control arm. I've heard of mods done to clock the inner fender to create some more room.

The good thing about Speedtech LCA is that it has adjustable steering stop which prevents tire to frame contact.
