Makes sense to me Rick. I know by them being painted on an assembly or by hydraulic machines isn't going to get wet sanded or color sanded to make the orange peel go away. Like you said..."production car," meaning they don't have time to cut and buff a few hundred thousand cars to eliminate orange peel.
