Ocne you feel good about it make sure you do 75-80% overlap and since you are working with the KBC a drop coat where you lower the air pressure and immediately mist on a quick light coat into the wet film should help even it up.
Is this the shimrin2? Can you use a little slower reducer in your area? (Non-VOC areas)
