Using the phrasing he used probably means he doesn't want to go into it. My suggestion is to be respectfull and not ask. It doesn't matter anyway, if Wayne sees this as the right decision, then it's the right decision.
Even though we were going to be competitors, this is sad news to Mark and I, and we wish Wayne and his team the best of luck now and in the future.
