Thanks for the lead. I don't want to have to remove the spring perches. Currently I am trying to center the rear axle so i can weld on the upper tabs. Looks like the upper tabs then allow yo to fine tune axle centering under the car. As far as I know, the rear frame rails are stock with no damage, but both quarters are aftermarket installed by the previous owner. I suppose there could be some variation there since I am using them as a reference.
