you can always re-work the harness to exactly what you want. Here is a swap in a 91 camaro with a 5.3 and truck harness that was re-worked. you can see the wires by the passenger side firewall. It just needs some loom to finish it up. I will admit it is a pita and takes time but its how the owner wanted it.
