Glad I'm not alone. All the o-rings "looked" good after I disassembled it, but it is really hard to see down inside the regulator. I don't know how a guy could go about replacing them or if it's even possible. I imagine you'd need a pick that's just the right size.
Anyway, when I install the new parts, I'll make sure to oil them up really good and hope that solves my problem.
