If you do not have the spacers, give me a holler, I think I bought two sets from him. You may be able to get away with a thick washer.
For the rear, you can run a spacer similar to this, to center the caliper:

Gui, I have these brackets and the spacer. I think I need the e brake cables and the hooks Al was speaking of. Where did you get urs?
