They look to be a quality part, and they have a longer body to help get them on and off the studs. A standard open ended nut would be way down inside of the pocket. That is a great looking wheel. You will absolutely love them. Here is a picture of my RAD10s with black monster lugs. I have 3 inch studs as well so I needed the open end lugs. Just curious what everyone else is running.
