I just did the same thing, its very pricey. All the small stuff adds up quick. Took me $5k to do my ls swap from a truck engine and I got good deals on all my parts. If you switch to a ls1 front drive you have to do the balancer as well, the truck balancer sticks out too far.

What year camaro is it going in?
It's a 1968 Camaro. I have the ls swap 1/7/8" Dynatech headers and will have an Ls1 manifold and an filter in fornt like most...so I probably should get a tune. I didn't know that the balancer sticks out too far but I have one from an Ls1 so thank god.
