In hot rodding circles it's quite kool to CHOP or CHANNEL a car..... So I think Payton is on to a whole new era of what will no doubt become the next big thing to hit the Pro-Touring world -- "The Frame Section"... AKA: Alternate Wheel Base Car. Back in my day - the hottest thing at the drag races were the AA/FX cars...
I think the man is on to something here. With a mild reposition of the body mounts one can choose to offset to the front of the wheel wells.... per this example:
Or one can choose to offset the rear and gain some traction if needed. Personally I think the choice boils down to whether a guy chooses to have his car Push - - or Oversteer.
