At this point, I'm following the same budget minded suspension path as you, Rick. I went with Custom Works for Viking coil overs and Speed Tech control arms on the front. You could easily save a bunch of money and stay with a coil spring/shock combo. I'm already a WS6 so I have the upgraded sway bars. For the rear, I'm trying out composite monoleafs with Viking shocks that match the front shocks. We'll see if this gives me the desired performance/budget balance I want. I'm not tubbed at this point. 9.5" on all four corners is the goal for me for now. Maybe one day I'll minitub. When I do, it's going to be with a strip of metal and not DSE tubs. I'm building a go car not a show car.
