Each seat gets its own box. I'd suggest separating the backs from the bottom, that way they can fit together easier.
You can easily ship Fedex/UPS...but the best way is on a pallet truck freight. Might even be cheaper too.
I've done it a million times...it's no sweat! Just remember to get insurance!!
