If this incident happened to a normal dude on a Saturday night racing sprint cars we would have never heard this story. I witnessed a track official die at my local dirt track last year, he got hit by a guy who lost control of his car coming out of turn 2. And that driver still races. I saw the entire accident. In reality mistakes happen and life goes on whether we like it or not.
