You ever spend 9 hours in your garage just to spend another 9 hours the next day undoing what you did the day before? Yeah, that was our weekend.

We were finally able to get the doors, fenders, and hood installed. The countless hours of panel alignment two years ago paid off in dividends Saturday. The doors shut really nicely and the gaps look really crisp. Unfortunately we burned the hood down the center while attacking a small run and ended up putting a small dent in it as well. Yeah that sucked because this color is so difficult to play with. After my crying spell, I shut the hood onto the air box and scratched it on the outer curve. Neat.

The interior is done but the door panels are off for glass adjustment. I could not be happier with the work Dave did and his fast service. In total he finished the car in 27 days and it's beautiful and comfortable. What more could you ask for? The stance is a mess so the spanner will be out tomorrow night. The days to SEMA are counting down so we gotta stay on the gas!
