Also when installing a ls with a magnum trans on a DSE subframe does the tunnel have to be modified? I'm thinking of using set back mounts for better distribution.

I'm guessing the final weight of the car will be 3200? Am I crazy.

yes, tunnel with have to be modified. I'm a Baer guy, but Wilwood has some new offerings that look promising.
