just don't build any navigation on Flash or Java platforms, keep it simple with basic HTML and look to see if the web builder software your using has mobile optimization
....oh wait and to speed up loading remove the back grounds and keep them all the same color the site will have a fluid look and appear more professional.....more professional means people will spend money with you feeling confident about the site
