The Kogo is sitting in front of one of my buildings on Lake Union, it's pretty nice.
It's 235' has a sauna and jacuzzi a heli pad and sleeps.....12, crew of 21! Haha! I couldn't check the going rate for rental....something about having a broker? Looks like a money pit anyhow
