I'm posting this up in Open since I didn't get any responses in electrical... hopefully a more diverse audience will have some suggestions.
I have a client vehicle with an automatic battery disconnect on it that is supposed to disconnect when battery voltage drops to a certain level. Not only does it not do that... it has also disconnected when it was not supposed to... i.e. driving down the road.
