I'm hoping nobody told you it might clear, because as you've seen it will not. The second gens have no hood clearance to begin with, then add a big block and Ramjet and it gets silly.


You can cut the runners down but doubt you can get it anywhere near low enough to clear; problem gets worse the further forward you go. Maybe have a lower profile plenum made that bolts to the runners.
