Final front end 3d work up for the headlight assembly look and grille. The full array of machinable front end parts and pieces come from this model.







Machined headlight plates mount behind the front opening and house the fully adjustable high and low beams and the l.e.d. 'eyebrows'







Since these have a bit of weight to them, we decided to pocket the rear. They will also be getting pocketed on the front side to pick up a grille pattern which will further reduce weight. We ended up cutting the weight by about 6lbs!





We also began machining the main grille surround and insert bars.









Insert detail bars
