That's an easy answer. As with any shop, it's all about what the customer wants and most importantly how much the customer wants and doesn't want to spend. It's no more different than one individual wanting a full-on, highly customized car with one off wheels, etc and another wanting just a simple,
"as it came from the factory" restoration.
