Your car looks great. Not usually a fan of the mini lights, but yours are different enough that I like them.

As to the 14k for what got done, that number seems right to me. Stripping it to bare metal and going up to that perfect black finish takes time and skill to do. You were not taken advantage of at all. Fair price for a great job.
