Cool Update 12/12

Wow, no one commented! So I went back and looked at many 67 Camaros with RT 4bar and I guess they are that high ... 48 Hour Camaro sits tall in the rear so ...... I raised the car up to 27" and gained clearance on the pumpkin, I think I will raise the trunk a little (similar to a fuel sump just upside down?) and clearance the cross bar and re weld it outa the way of the suspension travel of the diff! I'll work on that after I get the rear brackets welded on ...

Finished welding the adapter for the tranny mount, and after measuring 27 times I think I have the brackets on the axles where they belong, the measurements are equal on both sides!!! I need to file the upper brackets down a little so they fit flush to the axle and then time for some heat!

Brace welded and mounted to the car now!

The upper brackets are good ... need to get them flush before welding!

With the adapter on the tranny and mounted I got -4 degrees on the engine and set up the rear for +4 degrees, should be good for final welding this week!

Thanks for looking .....
