Arg!!! First Im hit by the SCCA and their 108" wheelbase rule and now USCA and their 3200lb rule. At least this isnt such a
stretch 
to fix. I assume ballast weight is allowed. I should only have to put the rear seat and subwoofer back in and have a full tank of gas. Im at 3150 without them and a 1/2 tank.
I like the new rules and classes. It should keep things fun and guarantees a place for the pro-touring/older cars to be competitive.
The D&E rules are interesting:
I wonder what style door bars you can have and still get points for "driver and passenger ease of ingress and egress"
